Bonfire and flames symbolize warmth and the coming of spring.
According to customs and traditions, in “Od Çərşənbəsi”, people kindle a fire and jump over it, symbolically throwing their troubles and hardships into the burning fire.

It should be noted that “Yel Çərşənbəsi” will be celebrated on March 7, and “Torpaq çərşənbəsi” will be celebrated on March 14. Novruz holiday will be celebrated on March 20.
